The Lockyer Valley is an area of rich farmlands that lies to the west of Brisbane, Queensland, Australia
and east of Toowoomba. The Lockyer Valley is rated among the top ten most fertile farming areas in the
world, and the intensively cultivated area grows the most diverse range of commercial fruit and vegetables
of any area in Australia. The valley is referred to as “Australia’s Salad Bowl” to describe the area as one of
Australia’s premium food bowls.
Tins & Trays is a unique Patisserie showcasing our talent and passion for food whilst using locally sourced
produce to support the Lockyer Valley. The Patisserie also offers a breakfast & lunch venue which is dine-
in or takeaway service, plus a vast variety of viennoiserie and pastry products.

Our food is all made in house from quality products to make the best food for you! Within the building
is many antiques displayed, which brings out the history of the valley and the house, being an old
Queenlander. My idea of Tins & Trays is to show how much I love my job and to support the locals around
