OVERVIEW
The Consortium on Capitol Hill is an immense event space with a blend of sophisticated decor
and eclectic upscale design. Built originally to entertain elected officials and host political
events, The Consortium is the jewel of Capitol Hill and one of the most recognizable historical
landmarks in the Capitol Hill area. Inside, multiple unique spaces come together via a unifying
art gallery corridor connecting the 6,500 sq. ft. space. The open floor plan can be subdivided to
the unique needs of the occasion and each space contains its own entrance for traffic
control. The space features a video studio, production studio, audio recording studio,
cosmetology salon, beauty bars, commercial kitchen space, business center, and co-working
spaces. Attention to décor and furniture selection enables the space to elegantly be arranged as
one continuous space with complementary color schemes and state-of-the-art lighting and
sound for large events of up to 250 people, as well as, partitioned into multiple intimate spaces.
