If we end my back story here, you’d probably think that you have this
                                    book figured out.

            You’d expect that this is a book written by an old guy who is going
            to share his “old school training secrets” packaged inside a “feel-
             good” story of converting the experience of being bullied into a
                              positive life changing event.

                                     Except it isn’t.


            Over the years that followed, I tried every training program and
           exercise you can think of. Some worked very well, but many did not.
