We Did It! 90% of us voted to ratify our new contract!
We are stronger when we are united:
Let’s grow our union by fighting for what matters.
It took our courage, resilience, perseverance, and being open-minded to fight to win
a contract that provides us a platform to begin to make the positive changes that we
need to make for our future. We were adamant from the outset that working conditions
must improve and, although there are still challenges, we are on the right path.
As we learned in this contract fight, we need all of us cooperating to overcome all
challenges. To join that fight, sign up to be a representative, a contract action team
member, shop stewards, anything you can do so we are all pulling in the same
direction to build a strong team for the challenges ahead of us.
