The mission of Day One Fitness is to maximize the mental, emotional, and physical potential of people
with Parkinson’s Disease (PD) or Alzheimer’s Disease (AD) throughout their lives, through an intensive
and rigorous regimen and plan of exercise delivered in the context of a welcoming, professional
and supportive environment.

The CSRA Parkinson Support Group has supported people with Parkinson’s
disease, their families, and their care-partners in the CSRA since 1991. Our
monthly meetings offer programs and resource materials to help people
stay healthy, learn more about symptoms and treatments, and face the
challenges of Parkinson’s disease. Using donations and fundraisers, we
