The meteors slammed into the planet and filled the atmos-
phere with the choking dust of an element unknown on Earth.
But something unexpected happened to the dinosaurs. Instead
of dying out as they did on Earth when a similar catastrophic
event occurred, the creatures on the alien homeworld survived.
T-rex returned to the top of the food chain, and the evolution of
dinosaurs and other intelligent life forms that were entirely
different from those that evolved on Earth was set into motion.
